Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Friday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the added 0.53%.
The best performers of the session on the were Ambu A/S (CSE:), which rose 7.06% or 7.7 points to trade at 116.0 at the close. Meanwhile, FLSmidth & Co. (CSE:) added 3.33% or 9.4 points to end at 292.1 and GN Store Nord (CSE:) was up 3.16% or 8.7 points to 284.0 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Pandora A/S (CSE:), which fell 3.25% or 9.7 points to trade at 289.0 at the close. Novo Nordisk A/S Class B (CSE:) declined 0.72% or 2.5 points to end at 352.3 and AP Moeller – Maersk A/S B (CSE:) was up 0.22% or 16 points to 7218.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 89 to 37 and 14 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for October delivery was down 2.77% or 1.57 to $55.14 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in November fell 2.43% or 1.47 to hit $59.02 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.23% or 3.55 to trade at $1533.35 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.61% to 6.7842, while EUR/DKK rose 0.02% to 7.4558.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.32% at 98.768.
