VanEck Vectors ChinaAMC CSI 300 ETF (ASX: CETF) had made an announcement about the reduction in the VanEck Vectors ChinaAMC CSI 300 ETF’s management costs. As per the press release dated January 11, 2019, VanEck came forward and informed the market players that the management costs related to VanEck Vectors ChinaAMC CSI 300 ETF would now fall down.
The new management costs happen to be 0.60% per annum while earlier the management costs were 0.72% per annum. The issued release also stated that the adviser’s fees would be the same as before and no change has been done in adviser fees. Not so long ago, VanEck had made an announcement related to the number of the issued units at the end of December 31, 2018. The information is with respect to VanEck ETFs (or exchange-traded funds). Talking about the Australian equities, ETF like VanEck Vectors S&P/ASX Franked Dividend ETF had issued 282,475 units while VanEck Vectors Australian Property ETF issued 6,488,157 units. However, VanEck Vectors Australian Equal Weight ETF had issued 23,178,863 units. Now coming to the international/global equities, ETFs like VanEck Vectors ChinaAMC CSI 300 ETF had issued 370,535 units and VanEck Vectors Gold Miners ETF had issued 2,834,231 units. Amongst the Fixed income, ETF like VanEck Vectors Australian Floating Rate ETF had issued 6,200,782 units.
Also, VanEck Investments had, earlier, announced dividends on December 20, 2018 in the US Dollars related to the ETFs domiciled in the US and which are cross listed on the Australian Securities Exchange. As per the press release dated January 11, 2019, the dividends which were declared in the US Dollars would be converted in the AUD (or Australian Dollars). They would be given to the CDIs (or CHESS Depository Interests) holders which are entitled to receive them. However, these would be given after considering the applicable US withholding tax. The ETFs which have been referred are VanEck Vectors ChinaAMC CSI 300 ETF, VanEck Vectors Morningstar Wide Moat ETF as well as VanEck Vectors Gold Miners ETF.
Let us now understand how VanEck Vectors ChinaAMC CSI 300 ETF has performed today. This ETF had ended the session on January 11, 2019 in red as the stock closed at A$45.850 per share which implies the fall of A$0.090 per share or 0.196% on the intraday basis. The stock price of VanEck Vectors ChinaAMC CSI 300 ETF is trading towards the lower level.
