South Korea Current Account Data Due On Thursday

South Korea will on Thursday release February figures for current account, highlighting a light day for Asia-Pacific economic activity.

In January, the current account surplus was $2.77 billion.

Malaysia will see February numbers for imports, exports and trade balance. In January, imports were worth 73.9 billion ringgit and exports were at 86.4 billion ringgit for a trade surplus of 11.5 billion ringgit.

Finally, the markets in Taiwan are closed on Thursday and Friday for Children’s day and Tomb Sweeping Day, respectively. It will re-open on Monday.
