Investing.com – Israel stocks were higher after the close on Sunday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the gained 0.72%.
The best performers of the session on the were OPKO Health Inc (TASE:), which rose 6.39% or 63.00 points to trade at 1,049.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Liveperson (TASE:) added 5.04% or 273.00 points to end at 5,695.00 and Energix (TASE:) was up 4.42% or 44.10 points to 1,041.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were ICL Israel Chemicals Ltd (TASE:), which fell 1.35% or 52.00 points to trade at 3,788.00 at the close. Israel Discount Bank Ltd (TASE:) declined 1.33% or 25.00 points to end at 1,859.00 and Bank Hapoalim (TASE:) was down 1.09% or 34.00 points to 3,090.00.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 316 to 172 and 29 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for July delivery was up 0.42% or 0.46 to $110.35 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in August unchanged 0.00% or 0.00 to hit $109.99 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract rose 0.21% or 3.90 to trade at $1,845.10 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was unchanged 0.02% to 3.36, while EUR/ILS fell 0.21% to 3.55.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.26% at 103.01.
