How Ukraine is remaking its economy in a time of war

Tetiana Berezhna, deputy minister of economy for Ukraine, talks with Financial Post’s Larysa Harapyn at a Rebuild Ukraine conference held in Toronto on Nov. 23 where the deputy minister highlighted the innovation taking place in the country — especially in the military sector — as a potential draw for foreign investment.

“Ukrainian institutions are a really strong team. Government institutions and MPs, they all work and support each other to be attractive for investment even in the times of war,” Berezhna said.
