Walmart (WMT – Get Report) is considering an initial public offering for its U.K. grocery subsidiary Asda, a listing that that could value the company at as much as an estimated 8.5 billion pounds ($11 billion), Bloomberg reported. Pinterest, the online image-search company, said it would sell 75 million shares in its initial public offering at a price of $15 to $17 a share, a valuation that would be below its most recent private valuation.   The company is expected to list on the New York Stock Exchange next week under the symbol “PINS.” Its investor roadshow begins Monday.
