The issue – the first IPO in 2022 – received applications for 22.35 crore shares against the 2.87 crore shares on offer.
The high net worth individual (HNI) or non-institutional investors’ portion was subscribed 25.61 times while the retail portion was subscribed 3.08 times. The quota reserved for qualified institutional buyers was subscribed 2.68 times.
On Tuesday, AGS raised ₹204 crore by allotting shares to 17 anchor investors at ₹175 per share. At the upper end of the price band of ₹166-175 per share, the company is valued at ₹2,107 crore.
The issue was entirely an offer for sale by the promoters and other shareholders.
